The Board of the Office of the Administrative Tribunal of Cundinamarca ruled on second and final on February 28 that it approved for Devices Safety and Quality Control requirements of the Waters are in effect as of June 10, 2009 and from May 13, 2010 respectively.
There is concern about the lack of commitment and to the ignorance of the ruling by the owners, managers and operators Pool, who continue risking life and health of children and adults.
It is time to demand that each development, water park, hotel, club and others, have implemented the closures, anti-entrapment grates, immersion alarms, vacuum release systems and emergency stop button.
