Regarding pools Resolution 958 of 2010 provides as follows: Chapter I-
Art.1 Purpose and Scope:
First Paragraph: The operators of water parks are those with water attractions immersion, must also satisfy the requirements of Act 1225 of 2008 and this resolution, with all the rules governing the operation of the pools contained in existing standards especially Act 1209 of 2008 and the 2171 Decree, 2009 and rules that modify or replace.
Art.3Chapter II-Registration of amusement parks, attractions and entertainment devices:
Paragraph Three: The registration of immersion water rides must have the prior certification of compliance with safety standards covered by Article 10 of Law 1209 of 2008, and the concept health issued by the competent health authority, said in Decree 2171 of 2009.
Chapter VI-Section 31 inspection, monitoring and control
Paragraph Five: In the case of immersion water attractions, the audit be conducted by the municipal or district authority designated to perform the inspection and monitoring for under AGENDA ITEMS 9 of Act 1209 of 2008 as provided in Article 10 of the Act and its regulations.
